Suffice it to say, the eight wizards don't just talk the talk but walk the walk as well, day in and day out.

Even more important than this however, is one other vital asset that separates these traders from the tens of thousands - or even the hundreds of thousands - who fall by the wayside. Without exception, the wizards all focus on risk management. To trade without proper risk management will guarantee financial Armageddon, but with it, financial success becomes probable.

Being Australian myself, the personal accounts have much more relevance than a lot of other publications.

While the strategies differ, most of the messages are consistent with risk management coming to the fore - also a practice often not adopted initially by the Wiz's. The need for risk management was a strong message but the format / methodology of risk applied by each Wiz was different. I have adopted a few of the ideas and made them my own.

The actual trading strategies differed enough to give me insight into trading outside my current approach, and the confidence to progress (eventually) to a satisfactory income from my trading.

The interview format provided a relaxed and easy read of the trading ideas/strategies and thoughts, but without the tedium of technical details.
